Paid Parking
All parking at Common Ground is paid 24/7. There are no free parking windows, and overnight parking is strictly prohibited.
Our lot is monitored and enforced around the clock using AI-powered license plate recognition cameras, with violations subject to booting and towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Unregistered, unpaid, or overnight vehicles will be cited without warning.
To avoid towing, booting, fees and penalties, please scan the QR code near your space register through our parking system before you walk away from your vehicle.
Valet Parking for Two Urban Licks Guests Only
Valet service at Common Ground is extremely limited and reserved exclusively for guests of Two Urban Licks. Spaces are tight, and the existing valet operation runs at full capacity to serve the restaurant.
Please note: due to space and operational constraints, a second valet stand cannot be set up for special events at other tenants on the property. Event hosts and guests should plan to use self-parking, our guaranteed permit options, or off-site parking at the Intuit Office Building across the BeltLine.
Event Parking
Need extra parking for a large event at Common Ground or busy weekend? The Intuit Office building at Fourth Ward offers convenient additional parking just across the BeltLine from Common Ground. A short walk over the BeltLine brings you right to our doorstep — perfect for festivals, market days, brewery visits, or anytime our on-site lot fills up.

Employee & Tenant Parking
Discounted parking is available for registered employees from:
7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Monday through Friday
In the RED LOT

After 3:00 PM and all day Saturday and Sunday, employee parking discounts are no longer available on-site. Unpaid employee vehicles left on-site after 3pm are subject to enforcement.
We recommend parking off-site or at the Intuit Office Building across the BeltLine for evening shifts.
Parking Validation
At this time, Common Ground does not offer parking validation for guests of our tenants. All visitors are responsible for their own parking fees.
Coming soon: We're working on a validation program that will allow participating tenants to offer discounted or complimentary parking to their guests — both on-site at Common Ground and at partner lots off-site. Stay tuned for updates.
Rideshare Pickup & Drop-Off
For the safety of our guests and drivers, all Uber, Lyft, and rideshare pickups and drop-offs should take place on Somerset Terrace, before entering the Common Ground parking lot.
Our lot sees constant vehicle and pedestrian traffic from BeltLine visitors, tenants, and event guests — keeping rideshare activity at the curb on Somerset Terrace helps everyone move safely and efficiently.
When booking your ride, set your pickup or drop-off location to 550 Somerset Terrace NE, Atlanta, GA 30306 and meet your driver at the street.
