The Glass Box is a freestanding, fully transparent retail activation space inside Common Ground at 550 Somerset. Floor-to-ceiling glass on all sides. Visible from the BeltLine trail, from the market corridor, and from every angle in between. It's not a booth, it's not a kiosk, and it's not a corner of someone else's store. It's your space — for a weekend, a month, or a season.
What it is
A self-contained glass-enclosed structure inside the main corridor of Common Ground, positioned at the highest-traffic intersection of the building. Every person entering from the BeltLine, every shopper at the Daily Market, every visitor heading to New Realm Brewing or Two Urban Licks walks directly past it. There is no dead angle. Your brand is seen from every direction.

The Space
Approximately 200 square feet of fully enclosed, climate-controlled glass retail space. The exact footprint and specifications will be confirmed following final buildout — contact us for current dimensions and availability.
What's included: power and electrical, LED lighting, climate control, dedicated Wi-Fi, and shared access to Common Ground's loading and receiving area. The interior is delivered as a white-box shell — you bring the vision, we provide the stage.

Terms

The Glass Box is available on a short-term license basis — weekend activations, monthly pop-ups, or seasonal residencies up to six months. Pricing is based on duration and configuration. There is no long-term lease obligation.
Tenants are responsible for their own interior buildout, staffing, insurance, and permitting. Common Ground provides the shell, the infrastructure, and the foot traffic.

The Glass Box books quickly, especially for peak BeltLine season (March–November) and holiday weekends. We recommend inquiring at least 30 days in advance for monthly bookings and 60 days for seasonal residencies.
